The management company, established in 1989, is affiliated with Bear Realty which was founded in 1924 by I.J. Bear. The original "Bear Family" pioneered modern real estate practices in southeastern Wisconsin. Today, that tradition is carried on by Bear Property Management and an array of other affiliates specializing in construction, finance, brokerage, insurance, and development.The company enjoys a rich history and a vision of the future as we strive to satisfy the specialized needs of "ownership and occupants" in the new millennium.
