Exceptional property management requires careful attention to every aspect of each property. Detailed reports assist in the process, but the key is a talented staff, which is well trained and supervised. Our corporate headquarters is located in Kenosha, Wisconsin, where we employ 10 professionals in the fields of accounting, human resources, and operations management. On selected sites we employee resident managers, leasing agents, and maintenance staff.
Employee ProfilesMarti Mills - Owner/President Steve Mills - Owner/Vice-President A 1971 graduate of Western Illinois University, Mr. Mills associated with Bear Realty in 1973. Acquiring this company in 1980, he has guided this organization through two decades of growth and expansion. STAFFING Leonard Browne Before joining Bear Property Management, Mr. Browne was the Assistant Vice President for Advantage Bank where he supervised the Accounting Department. He is currently responsible for all financial statements, analysis and reporting for the company and it's clients. Barbara Stasierowski Prior to that she was Property Manager for a large residential development
for many years and developed hands-on experience covering new construction
and initial marketing and lease up through major renovations.
